Delivery Policy

Goodie Bag SG aims to provide a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for all our customers.

In order to ensure that your delivery is successful, it is imperative to understand how your order will be delivered. Henceforth, your perusal of our delivery policy is deeply appreciated.

Delivery Locations

Goodie Bag SG aspires to offer delivery to any location in Singapore for your convenience, however, due to limitations set by certain institutions, we will not be able to deliver to all offshore islands (e.g. Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Sentosa), restricted zones (e.g. ST Kinetics, shipyards, Powergrid, hospitals, all army camps, airbase sites, Airport Boulevard, all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport, SATS Inflight Catering Centre, Changi Cargo, Seletar Aerospace, Tuas Link, all country clubs, Turf Club Avenue, Singapore Prison Quarters) and P.O. Boxes.

We also do not ship to international locations.

Delivery Slots

Customers may choose from the following list of delivery time-slots. Next-day delivery is subject to availability of slots and is only applicable for orders confirmed before 3 pm.



Monday to Friday

10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday

8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Please note that there is a maximum delivery capacity for each delivery slot. If you are unable to select any of the above slots, it may mean that the maximum capacity for your particular choice has already been reached. ***There will be no delivery from 27 Jan 2017 to 31 Jan 2017.

Prior to your scheduled delivery, Goodie Bag SG will send a reminder email to you and provide you with an approximate time window. We will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.

Customers who wish to change a scheduled delivery time-slot must inform Goodie Bag SG at 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a re-delivery charge. A re-delivery confirmation email will then be sent to customers to indicate that the change has been effected.

Delivery Charges

During our promotional period from 1 June 2016 to 31 December 2016, all customers will enjoy FREE delivery for confirmed orders over $50.

However, delivery is chargeable at a flat rate of $8 for purchases below $50.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD)

Kindly remain contactable on the day of your delivery and ensure that someone is available to receive your order during your scheduled delivery time-slot. Please prepare enough cash on hand before your scheduled delivery.

In order to facilitate succeeding deliveries to other customers, we are unable to wait for customers who need to withdraw cash from nearby ATMs or customers who require us to wait for more than 10 minutes at your delivery location for whatsoever reasons.

If no one is available to receive your order or to make payment upon arrival at your delivery address, the order will be cancelled.

If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, an additional $8 re-delivery charge will be levied.

Receiving Delivery

A third party local courier has been contracted to perform your delivery service.

Either you or your representative must be present to receive the merchandise at the agreed upon day and time window. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee of $8 may be applied to your order.

Please sign the Delivery Order in the presence of the courier representative to indicate your delivery has been received. The authorized or intended recipient has to examine the order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect merchandise. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please indicate the problem on the Delivery Order and contact us at within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without indications of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.

If no one is available to receive your order at your delivery address during the scheduled delivery time-slot, you will receive a notice slip indicating a failed delivery as well as instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery of which a charge will be levied accordingly.
